As well as physical, financial and social changes, it’s normal to also experience emotional changes during your pregnancy.
You're not alone. Mixed emotions are a normal and necessary part of preparing to become a parent.
It’s important to pay close attention to these emotions and if you don’t feel right, or notice yourself feeling sad or worried a lot, talk to someone you trust like your health coach, doctor or midwife.
It’s natural for every new mum to want a happy and healthy pregnancy. But sometimes you just need an extra helping hand so you’re not left to figure it out all on your own.

Building your support network by talking to other new mums-to-be, joining ante natal groups or free local exercises classes are a great way to share your experience and seek comfort from other women who have gone through similar journeys.
