Our aim is to provide support for you and your family’s health and wellbeing needs.

We offer a range of educational and informative tools to guide you through an individually tailored journey. 

We are a FREE healthy lifestyles support service. We help new parents, just like you, to take care of your health, so you can give your baby the best start in life.

Our coaches can help

Our friendly team is on hand to support your family to be well and make healthy choices. Our experienced health coaches will:

  • Guide and support you each step of the way
  • Work one-to-one with you
  • Run regular groups to discuss and support you with the ‘early months’ - little ones’ are welcome!

Baby on the Way!

Being pregnant and becoming a parent is a special time. It can be a time of joy and celebration; it can also be a time of uncertainty, filled with a lot of questions. Our ‘Preparing for Parenthood’ groups are designed to build your knowledge and confidence, helping you feel prepared for the next step.

Led by our qualified postnatal lead; our ‘Preparing for Parenthood’ groups are tailored for those beginning their 3rd trimester (28-32) weeks of pregnancy.

Topics covered:

  • Adjusting to becoming a parent, whether it is your first time or third.
  • Positive motherhood & (re)gaining health & wellbeing for both your baby and you.
  • Getting to know your baby: - feeding, safe sleeping, crying, teething, and soothing.
  • Health & Safety
  • Family home environment
  • Fulfilling adaptation to changed intimate & family relationships.

Led by our qualified postnatal lead, our ‘Welcome to Weaning’ groups aim to leave you feeling confident and excited about this next step of parenting. We do not tell you how or when to feed your baby but, instead, we equip you with up-to-date information, and answer your questions, so you feel prepared and ready to start, or continue your weaning journey.

  • What foods to give your baby
  • Safety and Hygiene - Choking & gagging
  • Baby led weaning vs spoon feeding
  • Approaches to avoid a fussy eater
