 How Get Active works

Step 1

Register your interest by completing the short form below, you will receive a short introduction call followed by an email or hard copy of the registration pack to complete. Once you have returned this to us, you will receive a call from Jamie, confirming your potential start date.

Step 2

Each session begins exploring different weight management topics and tools, followed by a variety of structured exercise sessions throughout the 10-weeks to help you discover what exercise works for you in the future.

Step 3

Your weight and exercise will be logged on your own chart for you to keep track of your progress throughout the 10-weeks. Once the 10-weeks has finished, a few options will be presented to you for continued support.

Take Control Today

 

Take control of your journey by attending each 90-minute session, for 10 weeks at a venue near you.

You will receive support in a group setting from an experienced health coach, who can enable you to make simple long term lifestyle changes and encourage you throughout your weight loss journey to be the best version of YOU.

Other useful information

  • Depending on venue, there may be limited parking available. Please check before the first session.
  • You will need to come along suitably dressed for exercise, along with trainers, a small hand towel and a water bottle.
  • Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the session.
